Shipping
Free Shipping within Australia
We use reputable freight forwarders, and a tracking number will be provided at checkout so you know where your package is and when it will arrive.
International Shipping
Varied rates based on destination country and applicable custom duties.
Serial Number
Every Gimmie putter is marked by its own individually engraved serial number and matching anti-tamper authenticity certificate.
This unique identifier serves as a permanent seal of authenticity and tracks its journey from our precision milling machine directly to your golf bag.
Return Policy
Standard Gimmie Putters
If there is a manufacturing fault, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Custom & Custom Serialized Putters
Please note that all custom-built putters, including those with unique serial numbers or personalized specifications, are final sale. Because these items are precision-milled and handcrafted to your specific requirements, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
How to Start a Return:
Request an RA Number: Contact us via the email from on this site to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions.
Packaging:
All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a carrier that provides tracking services; please keep your tracking number for your records.
Refunds & Processing:
Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase.
Please note that funds may take up to 10 business days to reach your account based on financial institution.
Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the credit has been applied.
Non-Refundable:
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sales tax will be calculated and refunded based on the final return amount.
Warranty
24-Month Limited Warranty
At Gimmie more golf, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of every putter we mill. To ensure your confidence on the green, each putter is backed by a comprehensive 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What is Covered:
Structural Integrity: Any defects in the materials or workmanship of the putter head.
Manufacturing Flaws:
Issues arising from the CNC milling process or assembly that affect the club's performance.
Component Security:
Ensuring the shaft and grip remain securely bonded under normal playing conditions.
What is Not Covered:
Normal Wear and Tear: Scratches, dings, or cosmetic blemishes incurred during play.
Misuse or Abuse:
Damage resulting from dropping, hitting non-golf objects, or improper storage.
Third-Party Alterations:
Any modifications, re-shafting, or loft/lie adjustments performed outside of our facility will void this warranty.
How to Make a Claim:
If you believe your putter has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team using the contact form with your unique serial number and have some photos of the issue ready when requested. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item to ensure it meets our elite standards of performance.

Customizing Lie & Loft
Gimmie Standard
All putters are designed with a standard lie angle of 70° with a loft for the blade and hybrid @ 3° and the mallet and bridge @ 2°.

Every standard Gimmie putter is built with a KBS CT Tour straight putter shaft in Matte Black or Chrome.
The KBS CT Tour Putter Shaft was designed by gathering information from tour players worldwide & the foremost leaders in putter design. Based off “Constant Taper” Technology, The KBS CT Tour Putter Shaft is the first shaft ever designed for a putter to incorporate KBS Golf Shaft Technology into your game on the green. Features include stability, constant weight, stiffer structure and stiffer tip.
GPS Graphite Gimmie $ Upgrade
The KBS GPS GRAPHITE PUTTER SHAFT. A new era in KBS fitting that brings to the public KBS's first Graphite Putter high-performance shaft, made from Premium Crafted Composite Materials & Fibers to ensure stability, and accuracy on the greens. Designed as a low torque performance shaft that results in minimizing deflection bend commonly found in traditional steel putter shafts on longer putts, along with better distance control and ensuring the ball starts on its desired line. KBS GPS Graphite Putter Shaft incorporates a material that produces the unique and superior feel only felt in KBS Golf Shafts. Stiff without adding increased weight, graphite putter shafts can help the face from turning when a putt is struck toward the heel/toe. That will increase any putter’s moment of inertia (MOI) making your putting more controlled on mis-hits.

Gimmie Custom Grips
Every Gimmie putter is fitted with a Gimmie Custom mid sized grip designed to reduce unwanted rotation and stability through impact. The shape and form assist in squaring the face and our custom rubber exterior wrapped over a polyurethane inner provides low tension, tactile and a slip resistant grip in all conditions.
The weight and design of the grip have been engineered to provide superior balance with the Gimmie putter range offering stability in the ‘take away’ and initiates a smooth and consistent stroke.

The standard Gimmie Putter is built with a KBS CT Tour straight putter shaft in matte black. An upgrade to a KBS Graphite Putter Shaft is available for an additional charge.
Gimmie Custom Grip
Our Gimmie Custom Grip comes standard and is manufactured for us to our custom specification in Asia.
